Delivery times and shipping charges

We will make all reasonable efforts to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All Thomas Ross etchings are dispatched directly from the workshops, orders placed on-line with credit/debit card or PayPal payment are normally dispatched within 48 hours.
Most prints are held in stock ready to be shipped, sometimes a print is out of stock which can cause a delay to shipping, if the delay is likely to be significant we will contact you to let you know.

Depending on the physical size of the print(s) ordered, and their value, orders are shipped using either normal postal services (air-mail for non-UK orders) or UPS courier.

Orders sent within the UK by Royal Mail or UPS courier are normally delivered within several days of ordering. Those sent abroad by air-mail should arrive within 4-10 working days, and those sent by UPS within 3-4 working days.

Shipping charges

All orders are charged at cost price, or as near as possible given the many varying sizes of print available. The shipping charge will be visible in checkout, before your card is charged, once the shipping destination is known.

As a guide orders for small prints will cost about 5 GBP within the UK and 8 GBP elsewhere.

Medium sized prints will cost about 10 GBP within the UK and 18 GBP elsewhere.

Large prints must be sent by UPS courier due to postal restrictions, these will cost about 12 GBP within the UK and 27 GBP elsewhere.
